SUMMARY:Thriving\, Hiving or Surviving Post-COVID Workshop
DESCRIPTION:About the session\nThe outcomes of this event will be to recognise some of the demands that Covid 19 has placed upon people\, introducing the idea about individuals and managers being able to recognise their own levels of functionality\, what individuals can do to protect and enhance their own psychological well-being and what managers and leaders can do to enhance the psychological safety of their teams. \nThe content will be highly practical and thought provoking focusing on the new type of work environment that our staff have experienced\, including hybrid and home working\, with supporting resources available after the session. This session will also include an introduction to the Thriving\, Hiving and Surviving model \nWho the event is for\nThis event will be of interest to all staff and managers across health and care\, but with a focus on those in leadership positions . \nBook your place\nRegister for a place on our Booking Form \nThe session will be virtually on Microsoft Teams \nAbout the Facilitator\nHamish Moore is chief executive of Wellbeing Works based in Newcastle. He holds qualifications including MSc Bsc\, is a fellow of the Cipd and IOSH. He has been a non-executive director of an NHS Trust and holds a number of public positions. Hamish has been a long-time advocate of the concept of Psychological Safety at work and is passionate about improving the psychological environment at work and the wellbeing of staff.  He pioneered the creation of predictive validated psychological safety tools in conjunction with Newcastle University and these are widely used in the NHS and other large organisations. These are Team Works and Board Works. An engaging speaker\, Hamish Is regularly asked to contribute to national wellbeing conferences and advises a number of NHS Trusts in London in the Psychological Safety arena.
