DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nTHE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT helps you shine by reconnecting you with you. \nTHE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT is original and world famous. It acts as the cornerstone of any personal or organisational change programme. We use cutting edge research\, but have carefully removed the big words and replaced them with simple\, do-able principles that are applicable at work and home. We like to think of it as a personal upgrade that allows you to thrive in a world that’s doing its worst. \nTHE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT is your competitive advantage. In plain simple English\, we want this to be the best training you have ever had. Whisper it quietly\, but it might even change your life? \n \nWho is this session for?\nOpen to colleagues\, clinical and non-clinical\, those who have an interest in leadership and those in a leadership or management role across the South East region. \nBook your Place:\nBook a place via our RSVP booking system below. Once booked you will receive a calendar invite which also contains the joining instructions for the session. Please accept this invitation so that the time is held in your diary.  \nSELA will retain a record of your name\, job role\, organisation\, band\, and contact details on its secure alumni register and contacts database for management information and communications purposes. Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, this data will be anonymised from the EDI details. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive.  \nYour booking details (i.e. name\, role\, organisation\, ICS) will be shared with the event provider and/or facilitator to allow them to understand participant thinking and adapt the event accordingly\, in addition to other regional leadership academies (as required) and with the members of other relevant SELA networks to aid communication\, sharing of good practice and support. The waiting list allows us to gauge interest in a programme and to fill any spaces that may become available due to cancellations. Please do contact us if there are any reasonable adjustments that we can make to support you to be able to attend this session. england.selll@nhs.net   \nAbout the Facilitators\nThis webinar will be facilitated by Jonathan Peach. \n \nAbout Jonathan: Jonathan’s big passion is helping people achieve their dreams and believes that the only person stopping them from doing this is themselves. \nAs a speaker\, trainer and coach\, he works with individuals and teams\, sharing strategies for ridding people of limiting beliefs and being the best version of themselves that they can possibly be. \nJonathan co-wrote the book ‘Leadership the Multiplier Effect’ with Andy Cope and is a regular trainer and coach on the online programme ‘Wellbeing Workout’ that streams on Facebook live each week
