If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend\, please email nhsi.selll@nhs.net \nThe session will be virtually on Microsoft Teams \nAbout the Facilitators\nEmma Fulton\, Leadership Development Manager\nAs a Leadership Development Manager in the SELA\, Emma works with leaders\, teams & systems to support and enhance their self-awareness\, skills & behaviours\, dynamics\, team understanding and team effectiveness. She is the Digital Learning Lead for the South East\, and is a key contact for Coaching and Mentoring. Qualified as an MBTI facilitator\, EQi\, HLM 360 and an Executive coach Emma realised early on that her passion and purpose is to encourage the growth of others and\, when coaching\, seeing those light bulb moments is what drives her to continue to encourage individuals by providing them the time and space to think\, and bring their best self to work each and every day.
