DESCRIPTION:The South East Talent Team are delighted to be offering workshops for Aspirant and current Executive / Board directors including three on-line interactive workshops and a limited number of on-line career coaching sessions \nLeveraging networks and relationships for success \nIn this Shapiro workshop you can expect to assess the strengths of your existing network and leave with a plan on how to develop it further with a focus on: \n\nUnderstanding your own mindset on networking and its role in your leadership impact\nFeeling more confident and skilled in broadening your networking range\, internally and externally\nEnergised to experiment with new ways of networking for success\n\n  \nIn the current operating environment\, where change\, complexity and uncertainty are constants\, it has never been more important for current and aspirant executive leaders to focus on their presence and impact through personal and professional development. \nThese interactive workshops focus on three areas critical to preparing for and operating at top leadership levels in the current and emerging context. \nEach workshop has been designed to be accessed individually and you’ll experience a definite build in your own awareness\, skills and tools if you decide to attend all three. \nFive golden threads have been built into the series and each workshop includes informative and evocative input\, space for reflection on live issues\, collaborative working with colleagues as well as time for planning actions and your own next steps.

Their first book appeared under the title Radical Organisation Development (Routledge\, 2020); more recently\, they co-wrote with John Higgins a book called Leadership Unravelled: The faulty thinking behind modern management (Routledge\, 2022). \nTheir new title on voice\, silence and power in organisational life is due to be published early in 2023. Mark blogs on organisational life at www.radicalod.org Mark is a visiting lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire Business School and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
