DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThe webinar will focus on supporting coaches to enhance their ability to support coachees who are working under a high degree of uncertainty and pressure.   \n\nIt will include:  \n\n\n\n\n– Understanding Coachee Challenges: Gain insight into the complexities and emotional pressures coachees face.  \n– Developing Empathy: Help coaches deepen their understanding and awareness of the coachee’s psychological state. \n– Adapting Coaching Approaches: Explore key principles for effectively supporting individuals in high-pressure situations\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nThe session is open to all Coaches and Mentors on the South East Talent and Leadership register\n \nBook your place:\nBookings have now closed but if you would like to attend\, please email us at england.setalentandleadership@nhs.net. \nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels within the NHS\, NGOs and the private sector
