SUMMARY:Executive Coaching CPD: Coaching Senior Leaders - Enhancing Confidence\, Skills and Impact.
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nAn engaging 3-hour virtual session designed to deepen your expertise and confidence in coaching senior talent in today’s complex and high-pressure environment. \n\nIt will include:  \n\n\n\n\n– The unique challenges senior leaders face in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.\n–  Practical\, tried and tested coaching principles to support senior talent effectively. \n–  Real-world experiences through shared learning and discussion in a collaborative space.\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nThe session is open to Coaches and Mentors on the South East Talent and Leadership register who are ILM Level 7 and those with extensive experience in supporting senior leaders. Priority will also be given to those in our Executive Cohort. \nBook your place:\nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below. Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive. \nThe session will be delivered virtually.
