SUMMARY:Coaching for Senior Leaders: CPD workshop for executive coaches and mentors
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThis three hour CPD workshop will focus on working with coaches to enhance their knowledge\, skills and confidence to provide coaching for Senior Leaders.  \n\nIt will include:  \n\n\n\n\n Sharing Coaching Experiences: Engage in discussions about real-life experiences\, challenges\, and insights from coaching senior leaders. \n Understanding Senior Leaders’ Needs: Explore the unique demands\, pressures\, and complexities senior leaders face\, helping coaches tailor their approach effectively. \n Practical Coaching Approaches: Explore tried and tested coaching approaches\, that are effective in supporting senior leaders in the NHS\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nThe session is open to all the South East Talent and Leadership Executive Coaches.  Places are limited to 25 as this is a focused workshop with practical elements.\nBook your place:\nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology\, supervision\, coaching\, behaviour change\, leadership and potential oriented psychology\, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels within the NHS\, NGOs and the private sector
