DESCRIPTION:About the programme:\nThe aim of the 2-day programme is to deliver a deeper insight into the strengths and challenges of neurodivergence in coaching and mentoring. Coaches and Mentors can expect to: \n\n\n\nleave the programme with a deeper understanding of neurodivergence from a coaching / mentoring perspective\, including the use of coaching / mentoring models and techniques proven to support neurodivergent coachees / mentees\nlearn more about what they will see and hear from neurodivergent coachees / mentees\nrecognise how to direct their coaching / mentoring through contracting and identifying strengths and challenges.\nraise awareness of specific challenges faced by neurodivergent coachees / mentees.\nlearn how to use Clean techniques to coach on evidence\, not inference.\n\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual programme is open to coaches and mentors registered on the Neurodivergent cohort on the South East Coaching and Mentoring register. \nBook your Place:\nThis programme runs across two days on Wednesday 26th February 2025 09.30 – 12.30 and Wednesday 19th March 2025 09.30 – 12.30. To register\, you must be able to attend both the days. \nBookings have now closed for this event.
