The session includes: \n\n\n\nUsing a coaching wheel  \nRefresh of the GROW model \nHow to get started \n\n\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual event is open to formal and informal coaches and mentors who are NHS staff or staff delivering NHS funded care across the South East region\, who uses coaching or mentoring skills. \n\nBook your Place:\nPlease reserve a place via the RSVP Ticket tool below. SUMMARY:Coaching Supervision with Fenella Trevillon
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nWe are pleased to invite you to register your interest to attend a Coaching Supervision Session\, led by Fenella Trevillion. \nSupervision plays a significant role in helping you build your knowledge\, increase self-awareness\, and improve your coaching practice.  The session begins with an introductions (clarifying the confidentiality and respect agreements\, emphasising inclusion); then a welcome using a mindfulness approach and giving you an opportunity to pause away from the activities of your day. I invite brief sharing the overview of a topic or a coachee/session you are considering bringing\, we agree a sequence and then go round. Each contributor describes their situation saying what they might like out of the discussion that then follows and all is shared. The emphasis is on the sharing\, learning and enjoyment by all! She has spent 20 years in leadership roles in large complex organizations\, including a Clinical Commissioning Group\, Health Care Trusts and in Local Authorities. She now facilitates\, is a trainer\, a coaching supervisor\, and coaches people in the public\, private and voluntary sectors..
