SUMMARY:Coaching Supervision with Rebecca Burden
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nWe are pleased to invite you to register your interest to attend a Coaching Supervision Session\, led by Rebecca Burden.  \nCoaching supervision provides a safe\, supportive environment for you to reflect on your coaching\, share your successes\, discuss issues and questions that might emerge from your practice and consider areas of development to enable you to become masterful in the way you work with your clients. Supervision plays a significant role in helping you build your knowledge\, increase self-awareness\, and improve your coaching practice. \nThe approach I use allows you to critically reflect on your practice\, explore what worked well and what didn’t\, gain insight into your strengths and potential blind spots\, while harnessing the insight and resource of a group of 6-8 other coaches attending to support you. The format is characterised by active listening and thoughtful questioning. The use of simple rules of reflection will allow you and the rest of the group to take stock of your coaching\, explore your thoughts and feelings around your work\, and strengthen understanding and confidence. \nThe supervision will cover individual and whole group questions and topics. You will have the opportunity to explore individual issues or questions\, as well as themes shared by the group\, with attention around: \n\nanalysis of coach’s cases to explore possibilities for new interventions and coaching strategies\nreflection on the coach’s internal thought processes and assumptions\nrevealing blind spots\nexploring ethical issues and contracting challenges\ndeepening self-awareness\nbrainstorming solutions to complex and challenging coaching situations\nappreciating and celebrating the accomplishments of the coach\n\n\ndeveloping confidence and standards of competence\n\nWho is this session for?\nThis supervision session is open to all the South East Coaching Faculty.\n\nBook your Place:\nPlease register your place via the RSVP ticket tool below. The joining instructions\, including the meeting room link\, will be sent one week prior to the session. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive. \nThe session will be delivered virtually  \nOur Commitment \nWe are committed to making our training as accessible as possible (please see our accessibility page for what is currently available)\, we are aware that there is more that we can be doing.
