DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nMentoring CPD & Supervision series of sessions to help our SELA Mentors to support mentees in wellbeing and self-care. \nThis session offers a space of practicing mentors to come together to: \n• Check in with each other \n• Develop your practice by supporting mentees in strategies for wellbeing and self care \n• Explore and reflect on your current caseload (challenged and successes) \nWho is this session for?\nOpen to all SELA Mentors \nBook your Place:\nReserve a place via our RSVP booking system below. You will receive the Joining Instructions on how to attend 1-2 weeks prior to the event. \nIf your circumstances change and you can no longer attend\, please email england.selll@nhs.net \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive. \nThe session will be delivered virtually \nAbout the Facilitators\nCath Brown\, CBC\nCBC facilitators are trained and qualified as a coaches\, facilitators and supervisors. We focus on individual’s potential to achieve by focusing on their strengths\, understanding interference\, raising awareness to recognise issues and to take responsibility for actions. We work with your people and your organisation using a diagnostic approach to enable organisations to develop their own approach with ownership of activity and practice. We have a track record of delivering these particular programmes to great success across a range of different sectors and organisations.
