SUMMARY:Coaching in a Hybrid Space
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nExploring as a coach how the changing space\, place and shape of how you may be working in a hybrid space. This could include using platforms such as Teams\, telephone coaching etc \nWe will explore the current context and situation\, the impact of the changing face of work and relationships with individuals and teams \n\nMoving from face-to-face coaching to virtual / at a distance / remote coaching and the resulting impact/disconnect/opportunity\nTechniques for creating connection and psychological safety when working virtually\nHow can we be aware of creating the holding space and working with the client and coach (body\, heart and mind)\n\nWho is this session for?\nThis CPD opportunity is intended to support the skillset of all practising coaches regardless of the level of accreditation or experience. \nBook your Place:\nReserve a place via our RSVP booking system below. She is passionate about people and working with them to be the best they can be. Her approach is underpinned by the belief that given the right supportive conditions people will find the solutions to their issues through positive action. \nKey Skills \nExecutive coaching\, business coaching\, leadership development\, relationship management\, building resilience\, managing change\, career/transition coaching\, facilitation\, and coach skills training. \n\n\nSandra Egleton \nA coach and coaching supervisor for over 10 years\, Sandra brings her experience as both a family therapist and senior manager of 30 years to her practice. She uses a wide range of psychological and business models in her work to best meet the needs of the client and is increasingly applying a systemic perspective to make sense of the complexity and challenges organisations face in today’s volatile business environment. \nSandra is passionate about coaching supervision and the key role it plays in ensuring quality and best practice both for individual coaches and the coaching profession. SUMMARY:Coaching Supervision with Beth Hill
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nWe are pleased to invite you to register your interest to attend a Coaching Supervision Session\, led by Beth Hill. \nSupervision plays a significant role in helping you build your knowledge\, increase self-awareness\, and improve your coaching practice.  The session begins with an introductions (clarifying the confidentiality and respect agreements\, emphasising inclusion); then a welcome using a mindfulness approach and giving you an opportunity to pause away from the activities of your day. I invite brief sharing the overview of a topic or a coachee/session you are considering bringing\, we agree a sequence and then go round. Each contributor describes their situation saying what they might like out of the discussion that then follows and all is shared. The emphasis is on the sharing\, learning and enjoyment by all! I request that phones are not accessed and\, cameras turned on. \nWho is this session for?\nThis supervision session is open to all the South East Coaching Faculty.\n\nBook your Place:\nPlease register your place via the RSVP ticket tool below.
