SUMMARY:Coach Specialist: Executive Career Conversations Workshop
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nWe are pleased to be able to offer our Executive Coaches this virtual CPD opportunity which aims to enhance knowledge\, skills and experience in holding career conversations and enable provision of effective support to senior leaders including reflection on strengths and areas for development to support effective transitions\, examining thoughts and feelings about current roles and consideration of what the next steps in their careers might be. \nContent will include: \n\n– Hosting career conversations in the current and wider contexts\n– Career conversation principles including creating the right conditions\n– Exploring different career and life stages\n– Identifying and utilising different tools including work/life wheels\, career timelines\, scaling\, circles and zoning tools\, visioning and questioning technique\n\nThis workshop will provide opportunities to reflect\, explore key concepts\, provide safe space to learn and practice\, network and share experiences with colleagues.  Participants will also be provided with materials to supplement their learning.  The event will be facilitated by Andrea Glover from Silvermaple. \nWho is this session for?\nThis workshop is available for our experienced South East Coaching Faculty Coaches who are Executive Coach qualified (ILM7 or equivalent) &/or coaches with current experience of coaching NHS Executives Leaders. \nBook your Place:\nBook here: You will receive the Joining Instructions on how to attend the session 1 week prior to the event. He is an experienced development professional with a background in organisational development\, leadership development and human resources. John’s experience spans a number of sectors and has included senior roles in NHS provider organisations\, he has worked at regional and national level as a Deputy Director at the NHS Leadership Academy. \nJohn brings a depth of experience and understanding to Organisational Development and Leadership Development. His passion is to work in partnership to enable insight and growth whilst exploring the complexities\, challenges and rewards of leadership. \nJohn is a chartered member of the CIPD and holds a Masters Degree in HRM\, he is an accredited Executive Coach\, an accredited MBTI practitioner and a Strengthscope Master.
