SUMMARY:Coaching CPD: Coach Refresher Workshop
DESCRIPTION:About this session:\nThis workshop is designed to reinvigorate coaching practice and confidence to our coaching faculty\, in particular those who have been less active or have not coached virtually\, and to identify what specific areas they want to focus on over the course of the day. The session will focus on: \n\n – The foundations of coaching\, including: coaching ethics\, establishing a coaching contract\, building trust\, listening and questioning skills\, planning and goal setting\n – A key coaching model (CLEAR) that allows coaches to work from whatever models they may already be trained to use\n – Bring a real life challenge to the workshop and work on this throughout the day to experience the benefits of coaching\n – Re-engage with coaching skills\n\nThe session will be virtually delivered on Microsoft Teams \nWho the session is for:\nThis virtual event is for our South East Leadership Academy Coaching Faculty\, in particular for those who have been less active or have not coached virtually . \nPre-Work\nA submission of your top three outcomes for the day will be required as part of the booking form. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive. \nAbout the Facilitators: Anna Springett\nAnna Springett is an EMCC accredited coach (EIA) at Senior Practitioner level\, and reading for the Diploma in Coaching Supervision with CSA (EMCC Accredited\, ESIA).  She is co-founder of Anna Springett Consulting Ltd.\, a coach and leadership development consultancy based in the United Kingdom that works with a broad range of organisations across all sectors.  Anna is a BPS Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol\, AFBPsS)\, a Full Member of the Special Group of Coaching Psychology (BPS)\, and registered as a Psychologist with the HCPC.  She works in a voluntary capacity as Executive Chair of a local charity\, and also volunteers for the EMCC as a Local Network Coordinator in the south of England\, as well as an EMCC mentor to other coaches and mentors.
