SUMMARY:SELA Coach Supervision workshop – Developing Our Offer Together
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\n\nTo have an opportunity to develop coach supervision to meet the needs of coaches\, as well as create a shared understanding and frame for us as supervisors.  This session will be hosted by Andrew McDowell from The Performance Coach\, where we will collaborate to co-produce our shared approach. Andrew is a psychologist\, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience of innovation in the health and care sector and he trained our recent cohort of supervisors. \n\nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual event is for  our SELA Coach Supervisor faculty only. \nAbout the Facilitator\n Andrew McDowell\, Psychologist and director of The Performance Coach\nAs the director of The Performance Coach\, Andrew’s key skills are in the design and delivery of innovative training packages that utilise a coaching approach to engage participants in collaborative experiential learning processes.
