DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThe check-in sessions will be a short session with no agenda and an opportunity to connect with others\, as well as to share your issues/challenges with each other and to learn from and support each other by sharing solutions and intervention. \nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual event is for our South East Inclusion Coaching Cohort Only \nAbout the Facilitators\nEmma Fulton\, Leadership Development Manager\nAs a Leadership Development Manager in the SELA\, Emma works with leaders\, teams & systems to support and enhance their self-awareness\, skills & behaviours\, dynamics\, team understanding and team effectiveness. She is the Digital Learning Lead for the South East\, and is a key contact for Coaching and Mentoring. Qualified as an MBTI facilitator\, EQi\, HLM 360 and an Executive coach Emma realised early on that her passion and purpose is to encourage the growth of others and\, when coaching\, seeing those light bulb moments is what drives her to continue to encourage individuals by providing them the time and space to think\, and bring their best self to work each and every day.
