SUMMARY:Coaching CPD Workshop: Coaching in the new normal
DESCRIPTION:This is a bitesize CPD workshop hosted by Emma Fulton\, Leadership Development Manager of South East Leadership and Lifelong Learning Team\, and led by Lorna Wellsteed\, an experienced professional executive and team coach and a member of the NHS Leadership Academy Faculty. \nThis workshop will be focussing on ‘Coaching in the new normal’ and is an opportunity to share learning\, acquire some practical knowledge and coaching skills practice in a virtual setting. This session will include theory and practical learning to enhance your coaching skills\, with 4 sections to the workshop: \n\nCatch up and updates – an opportunity to share learning\, issues and experience and find out what is going in the coaching environment.\nA short presentation by Lorna on best practice\, tools and techniques relating to the workshop topic.\nAn opportunity for trios of participants to use virtual breakout rooms to practice tools/techniques.\nDebrief discussion on the practice sessions and information about future events\n\nThe workshops will each last for 2 hours and will be designed to allow active participation. \nWho is the workshop for: \nThis workshop is available for our South East Coaching Faculty\, particularly those who are active coaches on the register. \nWorkshop Details: \n14 January 2021\, 10am – 12pm \n09:45am technology check/ registration for a prompt 10am start\, concluding at 12pm \nRegister\nIf you are interested in registering\, you can do so here. \nIf you have any questions\, please email nhsi.selll@nhs.net
