DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThis practical 1-hour CPD session is a ‘back to basics’ session\, especially suitable for those who are newly qualified\, are returning to coaching or wishing to regain their confidence with coaching or mentoring.  It’s an opportunity to refresh your skills as we share a range of practical tools and helpful reminders. Including; \n\n–  Top tips to refresh your coaching practice\n–  The importance of robust contracting\n–  Simple and effective coaching tools to spark action\n\nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual event is open to coaches and mentors who are on the NHS South East Coaching and Mentoring register and wishing to refresh their coaching skills.  This session is not suitable for experienced and executive coaches or mentors. \nBook your Place:\nBookings have now closed but if you would like to attend\, please email us at england.setalentandleadership@nhs.net. \nThe joining instructions\, including the meeting room link\, will be sent one week prior to the session.
