My specialism is to work with people employed in dynamic environments\, exploring the “What if” question. I encourage clients to discover themselves through identifying and releasing obstacles that stop them from achieving their goals. Particular focus is placed on “self-limiting” beliefs\, unconscious biases\, self -awareness and the impact of culture exhibited in the workplace. \nPrior to becoming and independent coach and coach supervisor\, I enjoyed an extensive career in the NHS. My coaching experience embraces my history of working in senior (Board) positions in the public sector. I held positions nationally working in the Department of Health\, regionally (Strategic Health Authority working across Oxfordshire\, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire) and in Primary (community) and Secondary Care (hospitals).  My experience as an executive board member in the NHS has proven beneficial to coaching and supervising aspirant and recently established executive team members.
