Explore the VUCA model to use as a framework to help clients thrive through volatile\, uncertain\, complex and ambiguous situations. \nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual event is open to formal and informal coaches and mentors who are NHS staff or staff delivering NHS funded care across the South East region\, who uses coaching or mentoring skills. \nBook your Place:\nBookings have now closed for this event.
