DESCRIPTION:About the session:\n\nDuring the session we will be reflecting on building belonging through our coaching interventions with leaders: \n\n\n\nWhy are we doing this?  \nTo help our clients to create psychological safety \nTo provide helpful tips and resources for coaches \n\n\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual event is open to the South East Leadership Academy Faculty of coaches and mentors and anyone across the region that uses coaching and mentoring skills in their leadership practice within the Health and Social Care system. \nBook your Place:\nPlease reserve a place via the RSVP Ticket tool below.
