In private practice for almost 3 decades\, she has trained supervisors and advanced coaches. She supervises private individuals and several internal coaching pools\, teaches and is an accreditation assessor for APECS. Sue believes in the integrative nature of Supervision.  Your client work is the crucial backdrop to your Supervision\, and in the foreground is your own development in the service of your craft. We can only know how we are being when someone else ‘sees’ us. This is one of the central tenants of Supervision. Supervision is not only about our work\, but about who we are becoming at the centre of the conversations we are engaged in\, including those with ourselves! Sue’s philosophy is that each unique individual has their own path and journey to make.  She loves to work alongside learners who want to discover how to become more of the best version of themselves they can be in their chosen context
