The group will be small & the space a safe resource. Show up as you\, prepared to be a part of a group of peers sharing whatever content wants some airtime. Teaching material may be drawn from what the group brings. \nWho is this session for?\n\nThe South East Leadership Academy Faculty of Coach Supervisors only. \n\nBook your Place:\nPlease register your place via the RSVP ticket tool below. In private practice for almost 3 decades\, she has trained supervisors and advanced coaches. She supervises private individuals and several internal coaching pools\, teaches and is an accreditation assessor for APECS. Sue believes in the integrative nature of Supervision.  Your client work is the crucial backdrop to your Supervision\, and in the foreground is your own development in the service of your craft. We can only know how we are being when someone else ‘sees’ us. This is one of the central tenants of Supervision. Supervision is not only about our work\, but about who we are becoming at the centre of the conversations we are engaged in\, including those with ourselves! Sue’s philosophy is that each unique individual has their own path and journey to make.  She loves to work alongside learners who want to discover how to become more of the best version of themselves they can be in their chosen context

SUMMARY:Coaching Supervision
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nWe are pleased to invite you to register your interest to attend a Coaching Supervision Session\, led by Kate Bones on 22nd December 2021 10:00-12:00 \nSupervision plays a significant role in helping you build your knowledge\, increase self-awareness\, and improve your coaching practice.  The approach allows you to critically reflect on your practice\, explore what worked well and what did not\, gain insight into your strengths and potential blind spots\, while harnessing the resourcefulness within a group to support you. \nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual supervision session is open to members of the South East Coaching faculty ONLY. Priority will be given to coaches who are currently active on our South East Coaching Register\, as to ensure all attendees get the most out of the session\, recent and active coaching is essential to the discussion within these sessions. \nAbout the Facilitators\nKate Bones ILM 7 Executive Coach & Occupational Therapist\nKate currently works as joint Director of Allied Health Professions at Sussex Partnership foundation Trust\, and has a wealth of experience of working in complex organisations and the challenges that can present to people. She feels that coaching offers an opportunity for people to have the chance to think out loud in a safe space\, and work through issues to arrive at solutions that work for them. She is particularly interested in helping people develop their own personal style and recognise their strengths’. These beliefs are also vital for the coaching supervision space\, allowing coaches to share experiences\, recognise how their style impacts on their coachees\, as well as explore areas of development to enhance their coaching competence and confidence. \nBook your Place:\nYou will receive the Joining Instructions on how to attend the session 1 week prior to the event. \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this EDI data will be anonymised.
