SUMMARY:Coaching CPD: Coaching in a Crisis (Pilot session)
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThis pilot session will explore Coaching in a Crisis from the perspective of the coach:  building an understanding of how to be impactful as a coach in a time-limited\, outcome focused coaching session. \nCalibrating your practice to supporting a coachee in potentially one standalone session can be challenging.  Overcoming some of the potential barriers\, natural preference and indeed bias to practicing in longer term coaching relationships will be key. You can expect a highly interactive session with plenty of opportunity to practice your coaching skills. \nWe will invite you to a follow up session approximately six weeks after this session to reflect on your practice\, share your insights with fellow participants and identify areas of further development. \nWho is this session for?\nThis virtual event is for our South East Coaching Faculty Only \nCriteria:\n\nExperience: Over 100 hours coaching experience\nQualified for over 2 years: (or have specific training supporting crisis coaching at a system level)\nCommitment: These relationship will be  included in your current commitment to SELA Coaching hours.  We are looking for willingness to providing around 3 – 6 x 45-minute sessions per year (these may be one offs\, or\, up to 3 sessions with one coachee)\n\nBook your Place:\nBOOKINGS HAVE NOW CLOSED.
