SUMMARY:Listening to leaders in the South East: join the big conversation
DESCRIPTION:We have launched an engagement initiative for the South East Leadership Academy\, Listening to Leaders\, now that we are a combined team we genuinely want to ensure the offer we create in the South East meets the needs of all of our leaders in the region.  Our intention is to start a multi-channel ‘Big Conversation’ with a range of leaders from across the South East over the coming months. \nWe are inviting leaders and emerging leaders from across all parts of the NHS as well as our colleagues and partners in hospices\, care homes\, social care and the voluntary sector\, to join the big conversation and share their insights\, challenges\, successes and needs as leaders within the NHS and the wider care sector. Our aspiration is to synthesise a range of views which will feed into the South East Leadership Academy 21/22 business planning cycle – ensuring we act on what we hear from you. \nWe welcome all leaders in health and care into this session\, so that we can hear from as many voices as possible. We are trying to reach a leadership audience as broad as possible for this group including patient leaders\, community care leaders\, allied health professionals and others from the wider health and care system. SUMMARY:Coach Supervisor Programme day 3 of 4
DESCRIPTION:Coaching is widely recognised and used as a highly effective approach to develop skills and performance of people in organisations.\nThe coach facilitates the learning of the coachee in a way that is context driven (i.e. always highly relevant)\, the learning process is owned and lead by the coachee. Coaching is very effective at influencing the development of desired skills and behaviours.
