DESCRIPTION:About the session: \nWe are pleased to let you know about a Coach Developmental Supervision Group\, led by Sylvia Benjamin. This offer is for 12 coaches who will form a Developmental Coach Supervision Group\, working together for 4 sessions over a year and will focus on reflective practice supervision & CPD. \nEach member needs to be able to attend all 4\, 2 ½ hours sessions as follows: \n18th July 9 – 11.30 \n10th October 9-11.30 \nSupervision plays a significant role in helping you build your knowledge\, increase self-awareness\, and improve your coaching practice. The approach allows you to critically reflect on your practice\, explore what worked well and what did not gain insight into your strengths and potential blind spots while harnessing the resourcefulness within a group to support you. \nWho is this session for? \nThis virtual supervision session is open to members of the South East Coaching faculty ONLY. Priority will be given to coaches who are currently active on our South East Coaching Register\, as to ensure all attendees get the most out of the session\, recent and active coaching is essential to the discussion within these sessions. \nBook your Place: \nBook here: You will receive the Joining Instructions on how to attend the session 1 week prior to the event. \nPlease note that once you have registered for the first supervision session\, we will expect a commitment to attend the subsequent three supervision sessions. \nIf your circumstances change and you can no longer attend\, please email england.selll@nhs.net \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised. SUMMARY:SELA Regional Leadership\, OD and EDI Network
DESCRIPTION:We will be hosting the next regional network meeting on 4th October 2023 from 12.30 to 14:00. Given the scale and pace of change in the Health and Care system\, we hope to provide you with a focused space to gather with colleagues from across the region\, share your challenges and support each other \nWe will be committed to hosting a space to network\, share and learn from each other. \nWe will provide an update on our team\, our current priorities and what you can expect to see from us in the coming months. We will also highlight some of the CPD opportunities that are available to you. The remainder of the time will be protected to provide a number of opportunities for conversations with colleagues. \nThe programme will run for 90 minutes in response to your feedback that a focused\, lunchtime session works best for you.
