DESCRIPTION:About the session: \nWe are pleased to let you know about a Coach Developmental Supervision Group\, led by Sylvia Benjamin. This offer is for 12 coaches who will form a Developmental Coach Supervision Group\, working together for 4 sessions over a year and will focus on reflective practice supervision & CPD. \nEach member needs to be able to attend all 4\, 2 ½ hours sessions as follows: \n18th July 9 – 11.30 \n10th October 9-11.30 \nSupervision plays a significant role in helping you build your knowledge\, increase self-awareness\, and improve your coaching practice. The approach allows you to critically reflect on your practice\, explore what worked well and what did not gain insight into your strengths and potential blind spots while harnessing the resourcefulness within a group to support you. \nWho is this session for? \nThis virtual supervision session is open to members of the South East Coaching faculty ONLY. Priority will be given to coaches who are currently active on our South East Coaching Register\, as to ensure all attendees get the most out of the session\, recent and active coaching is essential to the discussion within these sessions. \nBook your Place: \nBook here: You will receive the Joining Instructions on how to attend the session 1 week prior to the event. \nPlease note that once you have registered for the first supervision session\, we will expect a commitment to attend the subsequent three supervision sessions. \nIf your circumstances change and you can no longer attend\, please email england.selll@nhs.net \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised. DESCRIPTION:The programme consists of two parts: \n\nCompleting the 6-month online Edward Jenner programme (for more information\, please click here)\nParticipating in monthly facilitated Learning into Practice virtual sessions (for more information including the dates\, please click here)\n\nBook your Place\nIf you would like to participate in the monthly facilitated Learning into Practice sessions while completing the online Edward Jenner programme\, please complete the RSVP booking form below by the Friday 24th February 2023. \nFurther instructions on how to register for the Edward Jenner online programme will follow. \nSELA will retain a record of your name\, job role\, organisation\, band\, and contact details on its secure alumni register and contacts database for management information and communications purposes. Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, this data will be anonymised from the EDI details. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive. \nYour booking details (i.e. name\, role\, organisation\, ICS) will be shared with the event provider and/or facilitator to allow them to understand participant thinking and adapt the event accordingly\, in addition to other regional leadership academies (as required) and with the members of other relevant SELA networks to aid communication\, sharing of good practice and support.
