DESCRIPTION:Leadership programme to support social prescribing and other personalised care roles in primary care\nThis leadership development programme is running in partnership with Leadership for Personalised Care\, the South East Leadership and Altogether Better. It is designed for social prescribing link workers\, care coordinators and health and wellbeing coaches in the South East Region – from NHS\, councils and the voluntary sector. \nWe are pleased to announce a new leadership development programme to support people working in or helping to grow personalised care roles and supports in primary care\, including social prescribing link workers\, care coordinators and health and well-being coaches. \nThe programme is open to people in the south east region who are working in the NHS\, councils or the voluntary sector and is a partnership offer brought to you by the Leadership for Personalised Care team\, the NHS Leadership Academy (South East) and Altogether Better. \nHow to apply: \nWe will be releasing dates for a new cohort of this programme to start early next year. SUMMARY:GMTS Engagement Event - September 2023 Cohort
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThis is an opportunity for you to find out more about the Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) and how your organisation could benefit from getting involved. \nIn this webinar\, we will provide information on the expansion of the scheme\, an overview of the six specialisms and advise of the assurance process to host a trainee within the South East Region. \nWho is this session for?\n\nThis is for anyone who is interested in hosting a trainee in the future including further details about the assurance process for September 2023. \n\nBook your Place:\nBook a place via our GMTS registration Form. Once booked you will receive a calendar invite which also contains the joining instructions one week prior to the session. Please accept this invitation so that the time is held in your diary.  \nYour booking details (i.e. name\, role\, organisation\, ICS) will be shared with the event provider and/or facilitator to allow them to understand participant thinking and adapt the event accordingly\, in addition to other regional leadership academies (as required) and with the members of other relevant SELA networks to aid communication\, sharing of good practice and support.
