DESCRIPTION:Following the success of previous cohorts we are pleased to announce that recruitment is now open for this year’s Leadership for Personalised Care programme in the South East region. SUMMARY:Talking Systems - Innovation as business as usual
DESCRIPTION:This session sees us in conversation with Jayshree Seth\, a Corporate Scientist and the Chief Science Advocate at 3M. Jayshree joined 3M in 1993 after an MS and PhD in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University\, New York\, and she currently holds 75 patents for a variety of innovations. \nAs a Corporate Scientist\, Jayshree works with other engineers and scientists to breakdown complex problems and find solutions that stick. As the company’s Chief Science Advocate\, she helps people of all ages around the world learn to appreciate science and recognize its relevance in their daily lives and importance for the future. \nJayshree will share with us her thoughts on innovation and leadership\, along with some tips around how to ensure that innovation is an integral part of what we seek to do in an organisational context.
