DESCRIPTION:You are booking onto ‘Leadership espresso – Mindout: LGBTQ Trans Inclusion: 12th April 2022 – 12 – 13.30\n\nAbout the session:\n\n\n\nThis 90-minute leadership espresso forms part of our inclusion series focusing on LGBTQ identities and mental health. Recent research from Stonewall (Jan 2018) has revealed the shocking impact of widespread transphobia in the UK today and the impact this has on the mental health of trans\, non-binary and genderqueer people.The session will allow participants to gain insight and skills in assessing and addressing the needs of LGBTQ staff with mental health issues and gain confidence in dealing with heterosexism\, homophobia\, biphobia and transphobia. \nYou will be invited to share experiences and commit to an action to take back into your workplace to apply your learning in a tangible way \nBook your Place: \nIf your circumstances change and you can no longer attend\, please email england.selll@nhs.net  \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised.
