SUMMARY:Leading Innovation in Systems Programme: Module 1
DESCRIPTION:The Leadership Academy in partnership with Fischer Associates launched a new leadership action research programme that applies systems thinking to exploring why and how innovations get adopted and spread. \nThe programme will support system leaders across the South East Region in experiential learning\, working together on real time regional change in primary care.  The programme will last a minimum of 6 months and will focus on identifying how system change happens and how specific conditions for change can be created and recreated to support the scale and spread of other innovation.  As a leader on this programme\, you will contribute to developing a new approach to scale and spread of innovation to potentially be used across the South East region and will be expected to use this approach to a change programme in your own system. \nFor more information about this programme\, please click here.

DESCRIPTION:You are booking onto ‘Leadership espresso – Mindout: LGBTQ Identities and Mental Health – 17th March – 12 – 13.30pm \n\nAbout the session:\n\n\n\nThis 90-minute leadership espresso forms part of our inclusion series focusing on LGBTQ identities and mental health. The session will allow participants to gain insight and skills in assessing and addressing the needs of LGBTQ staff with mental health issues and gain confidence in dealing with heterosexism\, homophobia\, biphobia and transphobia. We will address good practice around monitoring for sexual orientation and gender. \nYou will be invited to share experiences and commit to an action to take back into your workplace to apply your learning in a tangible way. \nBook your Place: \nIf your circumstances change and you can no longer attend\, please email england.selll@nhs.net \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised.
