DESCRIPTION:About this session:\nThe session is designed to build on the Leading Transformation masterclass series that ran last year. It offers 60 minutes in a small\, facilitated peer group of around 8 people designed to take this work deeper and apply it to your context. \nYou can choose from 10 sessions and each session will be offered twice\, on different dates\, and will be delivered via Zoom.  \nFor a full list of topics and dates\, please visit the page here. \nThe session will:\n\n\n\nStimulate core inquiry questions linked to the Leading Transformation resources\nConvene a protected space for deep reflection together\nFocus on translating ideas and insights into everyday leadership behaviour\, practice and action.\nCreate an in-depth peer learning community enabling self-directed exploration\, curiosity learning and discovery\n\n\n\nWho the session is for:\nThe session is aimed at Senior leaders\, band 8b and above working on ICS / collaborative across agency work. In particular those who attended the original workshops with Tricordant as this builds on that introduction adaptive systems in a safe space. \nIf you didn’t attend the introductory sessions you will need to access them via the NHS Future platform . Invitation to join will be send prior to participating in the session.  \nBook your place:\nReserve a place via our RSVP booking system below. You will receive the Joining Instructions on how to attend 1 week prior to the event. \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised. DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThese are unprecedented times\, the only conversations we are hearing are those about COVID-19. We are juggling work and personal lives that are more disruptive\, stressful\, and ever changing with often increasing demands. This 90-minute leadership espresso is for anyone who wants to know how to manage sensitive conversations to support their teams and colleagues when working under pressure. \nYou will be invited to share experiences and commit to an action to take back into your workplace to apply your learning in a tangible way. \nWhat will be covered?\nDuring the session we will be: \n\nExploring factors that influence an individuals’ ability to manage the challenges of extreme pressure\nIdentifying ways to create a safe space for supportive conversations when dealing with individuals who are experiencing symptoms of stress/anxiety/depression/burnout\nDiscussing ways to provide feedback and support for staff experiencing symptoms of stress/anxiety/depression/burnout\nTaking a personal perspective on how to maintain boundaries and look after yourself\nSharing learnings and discussing strategies to encourage staff to engage in support services when appropriate\n\nWho is this session for?\n\nThe NHS Leadership Academy provides leadership development for people of all backgrounds and experiences across health and care. \nWe would encourage you where possible to attend our Resilience Part 2 session with the same group who attended your Resilience Part 1 session. \n\n\nFollow on:\nPart 2 – Wednesday 13th April 2022 9:30am – 11:30am. Now working in the prevention of these conditions to contribute towards developing resilience.\nCurrent work developing psycho-educational programmes for university students plus the design and delivery of training for staff around support students balanced with self-care\nWrote chapter on stress management in Coaching for Excellent book (4th edition available in the summer).

DESCRIPTION:Why a Facilitated Learning set:\n\n\n\nThese sessions are an opportunity for you to come together in a learning space shaped to your needs\, recognising the diverse challenges that PCN Managers are dealing with at this time. These will be facilitated sessions to enable you to explore the complex issues facing you to gain a deeper understanding of them.
