SUMMARY:Systems Learning into Practice: Agreeing and Holding Mutual Expectations
DESCRIPTION:About this session:\nThe session is designed to build on the Leading Transformation masterclass series that ran last year. It offers 60 minutes in a small\, facilitated peer group of around 8 people designed to take this work deeper and apply it to your context. \nYou can choose from 10 sessions and each session will be offered twice\, on different dates\, and will be delivered via Zoom.  \nFor a full list of topics and dates\, please visit the page here. \nThe session will:\n\n\n\nStimulate core inquiry questions linked to the Leading Transformation resources\nConvene a protected space for deep reflection together\nFocus on translating ideas and insights into everyday leadership behaviour\, practice and action.\nCreate an in-depth peer learning community enabling self-directed exploration\, curiosity learning and discovery\n\n\n\nWho the session is for:\nThe session is aimed at Senior leaders\, band 8b and above working on ICS / collaborative across agency work. In particular those who attended the original workshops with Tricordant as this builds on that introduction adaptive systems in a safe space. \nIf you didn’t attend the introductory sessions you will need to access them via the NHS Future platform . Invitation to join will be send prior to participating in the session.  \nBook your place:\nReserve a place via our RSVP booking system below. You will receive the Joining Instructions on how to attend 1 week prior to the event. \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised.
