DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThis is an opportunity for you to find out more about the Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) and how your organisation could benefit from getting involved. \nIn this webinar\, we will provide information on the expansion of the scheme\, an overview of the six specialisms and advise of the assurance process to host a trainee within the South East Region. \nWho is this session for?\n\nThis is for anyone who is interested in hosting a trainee in the future including further details about the assurance process for September 2022. \n\nBook your Place:\nReserve a place via our RSVP booking system below. Delivering high-quality care requires high-quality workplaces that\, in turn\, care and support our NHS people. \nWe know that leaders play a pivotal part in shaping the experience of work. But what does that leadership role look like in practice? Co-created with thousands of NHS people\, Our Leadership Way outlines the leadership behaviours that create the very best workplaces that enable staff to thrive and succeed. \nThis pilot workshop series gives you space to explore the leadership behaviours that make a difference. Together\, we will explore workplace cultures\, Our Leadership Way and your role as a leader in shaping inclusive and compassionate environments. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive. \nThe session will be virtually on Microsoft Teams \nAbout the Facilitators\nEmma Fulton\, Leadership Development Manager & Jason Brewster\, Design and Development Lead \nAs a Leadership Development Manager in the SELA\, Emma works with leaders\, teams & systems to support and enhance their self-awareness\, skills & behaviours\, dynamics\, team understanding and team effectiveness. She is the Digital Learning Lead for the South East\, and is a key contact for Coaching and Mentoring. Qualified as an MBTI facilitator\, EQi\, HLM 360 and an Executive coach\, Emma realised early on that her passion and purpose is to encourage the growth of others and\, when coaching\, seeing those light bulb moments is what drives her to continue to encourage individuals by providing them the time and space to think\, and bring their best self to work each and every day. \nJason Brewster\, National lead for design and development\, Strategy research and design team \nJason has held a national role in the development of leadership in the English National Health Service [NHS] since 2012\, at the formation of the NHS Leadership Academy. His career has taken him through the charity\, private and public sectors. He now works to develop national and international leadership practice through the design of programmes that deliver high quality and award winning leadership development at scale and pace.
