SUMMARY:Listening to leaders in the South East: join the big conversation
DESCRIPTION:We have launched an engagement initiative for the South East Leadership Academy\, Listening to Leaders\, now that we are a combined team we genuinely want to ensure the offer we create in the South East meets the needs of all of our leaders in the region.  Our intention is to start a multi-channel ‘Big Conversation’ with a range of leaders from across the South East over the coming months. \nWe are inviting leaders and emerging leaders from across all parts of the NHS as well as our colleagues and partners in hospices\, care homes\, social care and the voluntary sector\, to join the big conversation and share their insights\, challenges\, successes and needs as leaders within the NHS and the wider care sector. Our aspiration is to synthesise a range of views which will feed into the South East Leadership Academy 21/22 business planning cycle – ensuring we act on what we hear from you. \nThis session is focused on those working in frontline positions with responsibilities for patients\, people and/or services\, whether they are from a clinical or non-clinical background.   We would also love to hear from other you if you are from a non-NHS environment\, such as hospices\, care homes\, social care and the voluntary sector. To book your place click here.
